The cost for your renovation project varies widely depending upon two main things - the existing state of the apartment and the style that you want for the new space. If theapartment already has the flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, wall finishes, and electricals, the interior fit-out costs would be much less compared to an apartment that is in bare-shell condition. Moreover, as a general rule, luxurious styles and designing tend to cost more than simpler ones.
The time taken to complete a project is evaluated based on several factors such as the size of the apartment or villa and also on the existing state of the property. Generally, the design phase can take between one and two months for an apartment and two and four months for a villa. Furthermore, fit-outs for an apartment with existing flooring, wall finishes, and bathrooms can be done in three to four months. Lastly, the interior renovation for a bare-shell apartment can be completed in approximately six months.
