Project Development
When we take up a project, be it developing a commercial or residential building (also row houses, bungalows, etc.), we work from start to end. It includes designing, construction, interior and exterior, etc. We follow a process which includes several steps to make it smooth-going and convenient.
PROCESS
When it comes to constructing your dream home or office, we use the following process.
1. MEETINGS and PRESENTATIONS
Understanding our client’s needs is the key to a successful construction project. When we know your requirements, our team visits and studies the plot. After that, we give a brief presentation about the redevelopment overview that includes the layout, draft plans, timelines, commercial terms, specifications, shifting arrangements, and document requirements. This will help you get familiar with the process.
2. FINAL PLAN and SANCTIONS
Our team reworks the project plan to fit the exact requirements and make necessary changes. Once done, we present you with a final draft of the techno-commercial plan, with building sketches and legal agreements. After this, we obtain sanctions from the municipal/local authority.
3. PROJECT COMPLETION and HANDOVER
We start working according to the plan and once the building is ready as per the architectural assessment we start checking the aspects such as finishing, inspection, and various other installations. The final step is to hand over the keys to your new property after the occupation and completion certificate gets cleared.
