PROCESS
When it comes to redevelopment, we have gained the trust of many clients due to the process we followed and the final outcomes delivered by us..
1. MEETINGS and PRESENTATIONS
The first step before starting any project is to note the needs and preferences of clients and study the plot. The next thing to do is a brief presentation about the redevelopment overview which states the details like layout, draft plans, commercial terms, timelines, specifications, shifting arrangements, and document requirements.
2. FINAL PLAN and SANCTIONS
Before finalizing the project plan, it is reworked and modified to fit the requirements of the client. When the final draft of the techno-commercial plan with building sketches and legal agreements is ready, we present it to the committee. Lastly, we obtain sanctions from the municipal/local authority.
3. SHIFTING OF RESIDENTS and DEMOLITION
The residents can be shifted into rented apartments once commercial terms have been fulfilled and the building will be ready to be handed over for redevelopment. Once this is done, the process of redevelopment will be started and completed according to the sanctioned plan
4. PROJECT COMPLETION and HANDOVER
On completion of the construction of the building, aspects such as finishing, inspection, and various other installations will be taken care of. As the final step, the building is handed over to the residents with respective inductions after clearance of occupation and completion certificate.
